Do you fancy an internship at a luxury hotel located at the beautiful Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia? A high level of industry knowledge and experience is provided and ensured by very experienced personnel. You will be involved in several fields: Front Desk/Reception, Reservation, Housekeeping, Marketing, Supervision, Administration and Tour Bookings.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Settle guest accounts upon completion of their stay
- Assist with hotel operations
- Take care of room assignment and check-out procedures
- Monitor the daily performance of the front office staff
- Supervise group arrivals, registration and check-out
- Represent property management in guest issue resolution and decisions related to the front office
